Maintain a high level of customer service and track customers’ comments Conduct daily “ Walk Through” Activity to ensure all policies and procedures are being implemented regarding the service, presentation and store environment Support strong employee performance by setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback and developing employee capability Manage the clients’ first and last impression by ensuring that they are happy and by engaging the employees in their duties Resolve customer service issues to retain the clients Assist in the training of the staff Monitor the inventory process and maintain a daily control of the retail stock Oversee and follow- up on the visual merchandisers work and make sure that the company’s guidelines are being properly applied Perform other job related duties as assigned.
