As a head of consortium in fixed equipment discipline, I have to coordinate all members in different stages of the project, e.g. provided unique format for issuing of mechanical documents, defined unique work procedure for all members, held meeting between the members to reach an agreement when there is a conflict.On the other hand I have been the contact person to response the client in mechanic discipline. In this regard I have to hold meeting with the client to finalize open issues, inform the members about client request.
