 To realize feasibility studies on new projects and new production methods To organize the revision of existing products and development of new products in accordance with customer notifications coming from the Sales Marketing Department.  Pricing of products and projects, doing productivity analysis and costing studies To fulfill testing of samples of new products before sending them to customer, reporting the test resulst and to organize the delivery of the samples to the custoomer in accordance with the New Product Process.  To prepare the product files of the products which are confirmed by the customer (determination and supply of all necessary auxiliary means of manufacture of the product), to prepare the BOM on Netsis, operation charts and production and control equipments.  To interfere the quality problems caused by the machines, gauges and apparatus during the production without disrupting the production process To ensure the coordination with production department to increase the capacity, to decrease the set-up times, to realize technical improvements and related services. To manage the relationship with OEM in accordance with the received projects from them, to organize the work needed to fit the customer’s Schedule. To manage the APQP, PPAP, and other related processes (Synoptic, PFMEA, Control Plan, Competencies (Mechanical, Process, MSA), make the work of the SPC, etc) To ensure the coordination between departments and suppliers and following up the works.

 To Schedule the machines to provide the efficient use of labor and the machines in production in accordance with the work orders and to produce the orders on required time, required quantity and quality (JIT) To do studies for identifying the current and possible problems in production, to reorganize and to study for prevention of recurrence and to be a member of work teams.  To ensure the efficient use of resources used in production and to increase the production cycle speed  To manage the Schedule of production personel, to plan and follow the needed applications for job training and development of the personel To carry out the SPC applications To manage the improvement activities related to production processes
