Managing all of the merchandising resets at the Lowe’s store and a team of merchandising service associates.

I manage the tools and hardware department at Lowe’s in Madison, Tn. This is my full-time position. I also still work at UPS.

Supervising employees in and out of the warehouse. Coaching existing employees on correct methods to increase safety and efficiency. Training new employees on proper methods. Working with a team and ups costumers to troubleshoot issues and improve current service.
