My name is Ali Bashash. I am a civil engineer with a M.Sc. degree in Hydraulic Structures. I am P.hD srudent in Engineering Construction Mnagement.I have a strong interest in learning about management, to oversee large-scale projects such as city and town management. I want to find out better ways to guide projects with minimal time and cost. Construction and project management are my favorite fields because of my experience gathering data for the BonyadMaskan and the BonyadBeton.Since 2009 I have been teaching at the university, which had been wonderful for me, in the civil engineering, architecture, and construction management fields.My key research focus is on innovative Geopolymer Concrete such as Roller Compacted Geopolymer Concrete (RCGC), Self Compacted Geopolymer Concrete (SCC) ,Light Weight Geopolymer Concrete (LWGC) for use in applications including construction, infrastructure.Using construction and demolition (C&D) wastes materials such as Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) and reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) in Geopolymer concrete is my major eagerness.
