With a strong desire for bringing huge value to the marketplace, I started my role as an Independent Financial Consultant in 2016, and after a few months, stablished my very own office in downtown Victoria, BC. After becoming one of the top producers in the company, I started recruiting, training and mentoring high potential and passionate individuals to build an agency based on trust, professionalism, and integrity that serves all Canadian families. This is how I stepped into the role of leadership and managing a fast growing organization. Now with offices in Victoria, Vancouver, and Toronto, we always have an eye out for motivated individuals with an interest in helping people and strive to build a strong career. Financial or business background? Preferred but not essential, we have in-house training and mentorship programs stronger and more practical than universities and colleges.I believe the key to success in any organization is to have an environment of growth, recognition, and support. To achieve that, I am proud to say my firm has created extensive training and mentorship programs, license classes, business and leadership workshops, and self development seminars and conferences for new associates and long term partners.Our organizational goal is to revolutionize the financial services industry, so instead of just selling financial instruments to the public, we empower and educate them on how the financial system works in this country.
