In the brief period that I have been working my key subject has been the brand activations for a majority of companies. sSome of them are as follows : Kellogg, Al Rawabi, Al Ghurair, Britannia, Cadbury, Al Alali , Vimto , Al Islami etc.My roles and responsibilities for various projects executed have been as follows. ▪ Managing BTL operations and logistics in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. ▪ Taking care of the client's requirement on the project and getting the necessary amendments done in real time to increase efficiency and decrease cost. ▪ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. ▪ Managing multiple projects at a time and paying strict attention to detail. ▪ Hiring of the right operational supervisors, delegating and following up on the task assigned. ▪ Responsible to get the on field back end operations initiated and completed in order to the accurate execution of the event.▪ Develop annual plans and budgeting for the brand and monitor the expenditure.▪ Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
