• Led an Instrument Investigation that both increased the Instrument's reliability and saved the Plant $1,000,000+. Due to the impact of my work, I was called up to present the investigation solution to the Business team and Directors.• Analyzed Electrical equipment (Motors, VFD’s, Switchgears, Transformers, Valves, Sensors, Transmitters) data & historical failure information to produce end-of-life strategies, obsolescence plans, failure reports.• Prepared Engineering work packages for equipment reliability improvements and ensured compliance with standards.• Conducted site-wide UPS/Batteries Risk/Data Analysis by reviewing test results and completing field visits to provide technicians with recommendations on scope of maintenance, repairs, replacements/upgrades.
