Providing concierge-based technical assistance to stakeholders on three separate projects: 1) Pennsylvania Opioid Overdose Technical Assistance Center, 2) Pennsylvania Opioid Use Disorder Center of Excellence Technical Assistance Center and 3) the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Suicide Prevention Technical Assistance Center. Technical assistance services include, but are not limited to: vision workshops, county coalition building, stakeholder coordination and management, strategic planning, facilitation, coalition management, program implementation, product development, and organizational health. Stakeholders include local, county, and state leaders from government agencies, public health, law enforcement, public safety, businesses, healthcare professionals, insurance organizations, and community members. In addition to technical assistance, works with local coroners and medical examiners to standardize overdose death data and report to the public via OverdoseFree PA. Responsibilities for OverdoseFree PA include teaching an introductory course, reviewing and approving cases that have been standardized, and coordinating with coroners and medical examiners across Pennsylvania.

Completed a three-month practicum which concluded in a project that created an interactive series of web maps to visualize overdose deaths in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. These maps provided analysis of clustering and potential areas of concern throughout the two counties. Layers included naloxone distribution locations, socio-economic factors, transportation routes, and overdose information for the four target populations of the project.

Communitopia is an organization that works on constructing informational videos about climate change in a friendly, approachable way for various populations. Assisted in the development of a community outreach event FutureFest, which worked to demonstrate how a sustainable future in Pittsburgh would look like. Primary role was coordination with partners and organize information about the event for the organization.

Provide excellent customer service assistance to people looking to improve their kitchens and cooking skills. Allowed for opportunities to interact with a variety of customers, understand the complexities and instructions for all products in the store, and hopefully inspire a few with new ideas.
