Worked on a high-impact development project for Camino Nuevo Charter Academy while participating in leadership, networking and education industry professional development. At Camino Nuevo Charter Academy:-Created a database of prospective individual, foundation and public funders at the local, regional and national level. -Consulted on grant proposals, including a $2,000,000 partnership with the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools for building and scaling restorative justice practices across 10 schools. -Created a toolkit of cases for support for newly developed student support services programming.

-Wrote and managed $175,000 grant from the US Embassy (Central American Regional Security Initiative) to enhance and expand educational and vocational programs for 100+ youth and teen mothers-Consulted in the areas of strategic planning, organizational structure and development, fundraising and communications at the local and national levels for the parent organization (Cristo Para La Ciudad)-Designed and executed a 2-day professional development retreat for 30 national staff on fundraising, communication and strategic planning-Taught basic English in grades 7-9 at an alternative school utilizing curriculum from the Ministry of Education-Founded and developed a Conversational English program serving at-risk teens
