Plm Business Development Manager
Current* Conduct high level business analysis starting from client business drives and identify possible values thatPLM system may bring for presales activities , p resent value analysis report to client top management* Conduct detailed business process analysis, analyze the gaps between PLM processes and solution* (3DEXPERIENCE Platform), prepare best fitting solution for client with project team* Organize and manage PLM service team based on project scope , m anage project, mitigate projects risks* Manage PLM teams’ skill development based on current and future needs.* Works with stakeholders both from client such as top management, design/engineering, manufacturing,planning, IT teams and internal organization such as CAD de sign/engineering team.* Transform strategic/business requirements to technical requirements* Work with external partners/teams both PLM product vendor and subject matter experts for PLM domains* Prepare strategic plans with C Level as a member of executive c ommute* Manage PLM key accounts to develop new businesses and ensure the client success and satisfaction
