I completed 2 years in the company and I showed very successful performance during this period. I completed and archived all jobs and duties what company required from me. Company has promoted me as "Department Manager" on March,2018 and I'm in charge of all activities and operations in our geothermal project which is related with Technical and Engineering Department.Authorities and Responsibilities of my title:-Manage and coordinate Technical and Engineering department.-Appointing department employees.-Arrange and lead all required meeting for Power-Plant capacity estimation.-Planning new or spare drilling according to Power-Plant capacity.-Organize and lead required well test or well logging operations.-Organize and lead all well improvement operations.-Provide all necessary document and reports and Support for Bank loan period.-Attend meetings and negotiate with consultant of banks for such loan.-Contact with Power-Plant suppliers and share opinions about each suppliers with Headquarter.-Manage and lead all required permit and approval for drilling and power-plant construction.-Manage and lead all public relations during project term.-Manage and lead relations between of the all suppliers during the planning and construction period.-Get required permits for electricity distribution line construction.-Find potential suppliers for electricity distribution line and prepare technical specifications for Transmission Line Tendering process.-Prepare technical specifications for Construction Tendering process.-Provide periodical reports to shareholders and Headquarter.GCL ND will build a power-plant (10 MWe) in Alasehir/Manisa. Construction step will start December,2018 and planning to complete all construction and start-up on August,2019 and catch the YEKDEM (Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism) and use 10 years purchase guarantee which is providing by Turkish Government.

Thereare four licences in two different cities (Denizli and Manisa).Authorities and Responsibilities of my title:-Well planning and programming.-Wellsite Geology, Drilling Parameters and Logs, Well Tests.-Following up the well while drilling.-Analyzing, evaluating and describing formations, lithological contacts and faults while drilling.-Geophysical survey planning and programming.-Set casing points while drilling.-Taking responsibility for making critical decisions while drilling.-Creating stratigraphic sections, borehole logs via drilling parameters and making crosssections.-Well Corelations, 2D modelling the field and the flow acts.-Communicating with the contractor companies and coordinating their work and supervising.-Reporting to Project Management periodically (daily, weekly and montly)-Present to Project Management periodically technical meetings.-Four Depths Geothermal wells (Total: ~12000 meters) has completed as success in 10 months with 1-2 rigs.-I have responsibilities about all studies which is related with geology and site activities.

Analiz Engineering is working on ground survey in the Company for pre-construction. Drillingfor ground survey working as "trainee geologist" Well depts are 20 to 50 metres by small rig.
