- Lead the planning and implementation of project- Manage project budget and project resource allocation and in accordance with the contract specifications- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions- Oversee the project from start to finish- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed- Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project- Ensure that project activities move according to predetermined schedule- Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project- Monitor the progress of the projects activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards- Periodic inspection to sites and projects- Identify the elements of project design likely to give rise to disputes and claims- Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client- Ensuring that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the project –specification- Reviewing the customer complaint. Analyze, determine cause, propose solution and respond to customer complaints- Receiving of all relevant information regarding design, drawings and engineering- Ensuring implementation of all aspects of the project Quality Management & Control system- All aspects related to project health, safety & security- Follow up with the purchasing section for the procurement of material- Attending meetings with the consultant, client and sub-contractors- Handling of project petty cash, matters related to invoices, payments
