I've initiated cross-selling and upselling efforts, convincing clients of the benefits of complementary products and additional services.One of the milestones in my journey has been streamlining fan-selection decision-making for clients. I initiated the development of a web fan selector, an internal portal showcasing varied options. In this role, I provided crucial technical support to the engineering sales department. This involved designing and developing various product aspects while ensuring seamless communication between our technical teams and clients. I actively liaised between our senior engineers and the project staff, sharing progress updates and facilitating research and development for new products.Client satisfaction was a top priority in my work. I maintained construction design accuracy through proactive reviews, consistently performed quality checks on fabricated parts, and prepared needs-based submittals for clients. My role encompassed ensuring that we met all customer specifications, including equipment operation, cycle time, and part quality.I actively contributed to designing automation machine elements, conducted comprehensive product and process cost analysis, and provided invaluable engineering support across various project stages. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the intricacies of control engineering and machine design, making me well-equipped to tackle complex engineering challenges.

During this short stint, I played a vital role in maintaining superior product quality by conducting regular checks and implementing adjustments and machine corrections to uphold optimum quality and productivity standards. I was actively engaged in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of processes and product quality.

Here, I designed fan components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. I also wrote and updated an Excel/Visual Basic program.
