I am a chemical engineer with a master's degree from the American University of Beirut, where I also work as a research assistant. I have a passion for data analysis, project planning, and team leadership, which I apply to solve challenging problems in the engineering field and beyond.Since January 2022, I have been the COO of Booking Basics, a company that helps transform and digitize businesses. I co-founded this company with experienced friends and visionaries, and I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations, customer satisfaction, technical arm, and sales activities. I also engage in digitization, transformation, advisory, mentoring, training, recruitment, and process improvement. I am motivated by the desire to help our clients achieve their goals and expectations, and to create a positive impact in the industry.
