- Collect, analyze, and interpret credit collection data from various sources, such as databases, reports, and systems.- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in credit collection data to gain insights into customer behavior, payment patterns, and collection effectiveness.- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit managers, collection agents, and IT professionals, to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.- Conduct regular audits of credit collection data to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps, and propose solutions for data cleansing and enhancement.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness in credit collection.- Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes related to credit collection strategies, and customer segmentation.

- Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key business insights to stakeholders.- Implement, maintain and monitor the balanced scorecard system.- Design and implement scorecards using (Microsoft Power BI) for all employee in (Sales, After Sales Service and Manufacturing) sectors.- Collaborate with various departments (PC sales, PC after sales service and manufacturing) to identify and prioritize business requirements for data analysis and reporting.- Collaborate with IT development team to understand business requirements for automation projects.- Test automation projects and provide feedback to IT on results.
