• Development of a novel, state of the art geometric machine learning algorithm for Cryo-Electron Microscopy (CryoEM) data analysis which were cited in the scientific significance section of the 2017 Nobel prize in Chemistry for advancement of CryoEM technology. • Initial development and product management of ManifoldEM (a team of five with interdisciplinary backgrounds), an open source software package with user-friendly GUI for the CryoEM data analysis based on the above-mentioned algorithms, currently in alpha testing stage. • Application of a host of machine learning techniques such as nonlinear regression, SVM, ensemble learning techniques such as random forests and XGBOOST, Fully-Connected Neural Nets, Recurrent Neural Nets and Autoencoders to study Gestational Age using Ultrasound biometric measures
