Responsibilities:• Design and analysis of wastewater management and reuse, storm water drainage systems, water supply (domestic, irrigation and fire) and network modeling• Designing water network comprised of underground reservoirs, water tower, transmission lines, distribution mains, and house connections with all appurtenances, • Designing waste water system comprised of gravity trunks, pump station, lift station, evaporation/infiltration/detention/retention ponds and service connections with all appurtenances,• Producing hydraulic computer models for gravity and pressurized pipes• Setting up project pre-concept and conceptual design,• Developing all project phases – schematic, final design and tender documents package – for waste water (storm, sewage) and water supply (domestic, fire and irrigation networks)• Formulating the set of Design criteria and selecting the recommended alternatives based on environmental, socio-economic and financial criteria• Coordinating with other departments, client, contractors and local authorities• Recommending new processes where needed for quality improvement, and on-time delivery• Preparing necessary documents for permit acceptance• Reporting and preparing the bill of quantities of water and waste water networks,• Supervising project construction phases and reviewing and controlling Contractor’s submissions related to shop drawings, materials submittals, calculations notes, and equipment selections with respect to the Tender design and specifications in coordination with other disciplines
