 Prepare and check all earning and deduction payroll elements for all employees on monthly basis Prepare end of year salary increase and bonus lists as per management instructions Maintain up to date system records for employees assignment and compensation, submit and follow up employee change of status requests on system and ensure timely payment for employees salary as per salary administration policy Prepare bi-yearly salaries tax report and submit to the Finance department and to Finance Ministry Coordinate with Banks concerning new employee accounts Maintain and process employees loans requests and advance payments

 Post job vacancies on external and internal sites in addition to social media. Browse, search and screen for suitable candidates to close available vacancies on a timely manner Interview and assess external candidates based on assigned job description, and update their status accordingly Coordinate and advise concerned parties regarding new recruits’ starting date & activate them on HR system accordingly. Participate in careers days and job fairs. Coordinate with MIS Department for any modification or development related to the HR systems within the scope of the section

 Control and maintain proper implementation of leave requests procedures. Prepare end of service documents and update the departing employees’ profiles. Follow up the completion of the employee clearance Form. Coordinate with the Finance department to arrange the final payment for departing employees. Build, prepare and generate needed reports on timely and accurate manners Prepare contract agreements, social security documents for new employees. Follow up and update employees’ records regarding medical and life insurance. Provide assistance by answering employees’ inquires on personnel related issues and handling employees’ complaints. Participate in preparing the section's yearly objectives as per the company's goals and corporate objectives Maintain and process attendance records through AutoID system Prepare contract agreements, social security documents for new and current employees
