I served as the assistant to the Director of Corporate Retirement Plan Consulting at Broad Street. In my duties, I was responsible for all client service preparation in addition to working in concert with the Director on daily management of existing client relationships. My responsibilities also included marketing assistance to the Financial Advisors in that division and helpd with day-to-day firm operations.

As an intern at Broad Street, I was responsible for assisting with all cashiering functions with Fidelity in their Private Client division. I also handled all administrative duties which included greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, calendar operations, scanning, filing, and marketing for the firm. In addition, I attended client meetings and investment committee meetings.

As a student worker, I complied potential donor books for the University President and senior staff. I assisted the administrative assistant to the Senior Vice President of External Affairs in her daily operations. I also transcribed letters and dictations for the Senior Vice President and staff.

As PR Chair, I increased awareness of chapter on campus and upcoming philanthropic events, and I promoted the chapter to rising freshmen to increase chapter availability. I also published quarterly reports in the Adelphean concerning Beta Nu’s activity.
