As a Senior Executive Production at Thal Packaging HOH, I bring a wealth of experience in the planning and production departments, with a strong emphasis on lean manufacturing principles. My major responsibility includes managing production of the Line by applying lean tools and making OEE on a daily basis. I am passionate about giving trainings to foremen and operators to achieve optimum efficiency and continuously strive to root cause analysis of production hurdles and quality issues.Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the production process and have worked closely with my teams to implement best practices in order to improve efficiency and productivity. Working on SAP for daily production, work order and recovery posting has allowed me to streamline processes and ensure that we are meeting production targets. I have also planned and managed SOP of Windmoeller & Hoelscher for technical team and guided them to lead for quantitative & qualitative production output.In addition, I am responsible for the preparation of WIP report, daily design change report and efficiency graphs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. By coordinating with the maintenance and mechanical departments, I ensure that the machines are properly scheduled for maintenance to achieve better production efficiency. I am committed to implementing preventive / predictive EHS plan and ensuring that 5S are being followed.As a Senior Executive Planning, I also assist the production staff in learning process and workflow. I have completed my Masters in SupplyChain management from NED University of Engineering & Technology. My expertise in handling SAP, internal communication and production management has allowed me to excel in my field.
