Dr. Ali Ebrahimian is currently an Assistant Professor at FIU's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Prior to joining FIU, he was a Research Professor at the Center for Resilient Water Systems at Villanova University where he worked with Philadelphia Water Department’s "Green City, Clean Waters" program to advance the state of knowledge on planning, modeling, design, monitoring, and maintenance of green stormwater infrastructure systems. Dr. Ebrahimian's research is primarily focused on the linkages between hydrology, green stormwater infrastructure, runoff and non-point source pollution dynamics, and sustainable-resilient-equitable infrastructure in urban and coastal areas.
