I significantly contributed in opening Bershka Marassi Galleria, the main responsibilities I handle, making sure that excellent customer service is being delivered by leading by example, knowing the ranking of the items in terms of selling and knowing the contribution of each subfamily on a daily bases, doing two shipment planning and responsible for.

Organising marathons with Bahrain triathlon association. My responsibilities include helping with registration giving the numbers and the chips to the racers and organising the race setting the arches, carpets and the bike rack a day before. On the day of the race, I help in setting the route and installing the timing system and the water stops to fully.

Supervisor at LUSH, I pop in, help the staff, train them and give them feedback. I have other responsibilities and tasks that including opening and closing the shop and the tills, banking, receiving deliveries, cycle counting the inventory, sending and responding to emails.

Visual merchandiser of the shop, I ensure that the shop looks like a 5 stars shop. My responsibility is to visualise the shop in a colourful and organised way that attracts customers. I also give the staff plans to keep the shop fully stocked, organized and clean.
