• Controlling and Supervising all accounting transactions • Prepare Annual / Monthly Financial Reports • Reports Analysis & Data Validation with Audit Team • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting. • Maintain highly organized and updated files ( Donors / Beneficiaries ) • Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled. • Maintain current and garner new relationships with Donors and N.G.Os • Responsible for Standard cost estimation. • Control purchasing based on budget with cost controller.

• Hard experience in processing the daily branch's transactions with full responsibility and professionalism • Handling the outward /inward clearing cheques • Promoting different types of products and services to the customers• Foreign currency transaction ( forex ) • Processing the Telegraphic Transfers and the Demand Drafts • Very well knowledge about banking accounts and related promotion• Excellent performance with banking systems and software.• Cross selling skills and ability to handle all the Customers Banking issues• Verification and Authorization of all transactions done by front line staff • Controlling the Cash limit of Branch• Anti-Money Laundering and counter fraud Control

• Handle consumer and business customer problems with professionalism. Have knowledge of account ownership• Activation and blocking of the cards (credit card, debit card. and smart debit card.)• Promoting different types of products and services to the customers• raising requests to others departments and branches• Supervision of the network of (ATM and CDM) Machines for all Emirates and trying to resolve the problems.• Providing high quality of service for " V.I.P Customers and Platinum Card holders"• Handle Bank net Line "internet banking/Smart Business".• Calls perform daily office responsibilities, working with the Customer Services Manager, maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking• Responsibility to keep myself up to date and request assistance for further development needs.• Well knowledge with systems [CRM , Base24, complaints system, Postilion, Prime, BA(Branch Automation System )]
