I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Misr Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I graduated with a Good overall grade and an excellent grade on my graduation project, a web application for real estate rental.My practical experience includes an intensive internship at the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), where I completed advanced courses in CCNP Collaboration, Avaya Aura systems, and VoIP network integration. During this internship, I gained valuable skills in configuring and managing VoIP systems, enhancing my expertise in both Cisco and Avaya solutions.I am adept at troubleshooting and optimizing VoIP networks using SIP and H323 protocols, and I am committed to staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
