-I am working as a registrar of post-operative Cardiac ICU where I am dealing with patients doing open heart surgeries ( CABG, Valve replacement, and Thoracic surgeries).-I am well-trained in airway management including endotracheal intubation.-I am well-trained in CVPs and arterial line insertion.-I am able to do bedside ECHO mainly for assessment of LV function and to confirm or exclude pericardial effusion.-I can manage effectively patients doing cardiothoracic operations like CABG, valve replacement, and lung lobectomy.-I can manage post-operation complications like arrhythmias, bleeding, and cardiac arrest.-I am able to deal with different modes of the ventilator.-I am able to deal with An intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP).-I can interpret ABGs and ECGs in an advanced way, and I teach this interpretation to junior doctors.
