• Recruiting (Joining and Relieving Formalities)• Completely responsible for executing the induction program which includes Collection and verification of documents, issuing offer letters, job description, liaise with PRO for contracts, Qatar ID Cards and medical Cards.• Instruction for Creation of EMAIL ID and Employee id for new joiners, confirmation letter, appraisal letter.• Dues with companies, reason for leaving, coordinate and manage the final settlement with help of finance division and sending circular regarding relieving of employee, Relieving letter.• Smooth exit of employees  Timesheet Attendance and salary administration• Timesheet follow up for all employees, solving timesheet and payroll queries.• Discussion with Managers for attendance approval for salary process. Payroll-HRIS Software (Bright System Software)• Application Tracking System where we can entire employee database for hr activities.• Maintaining employee information in HRIS and generating REPORT for payroll (Bright System software).• Compensation and benefits preparing Salary/Leave settlement/ Gratuity calculations/ Full and Final settlements.• Creating and verifying the WPS (Wage Protection System) as per Qatar Labour law, to ensure the salaries are paid to all employees.
