About Ali Esenturk

I'm driven by sustainable results in every single thing I do, so instead of short-term fixes, I aim for long-term models. I aspire for perfection knowing that it's an unattainable goal, ever-changing, ever-evolving. I've been doing Business Development for over a 15 years in entirely different sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals, railways, aerospace, electronics to power, energy and oil & gas at various levels. I've created numerous business models and projects, mostly from ground level to contract, implementation & operation. Every customer has specific needs and you have to approach each and every one of them by keeping this in mind. Empathy is a must for Business Development at every level. While creating business models you have to factor in the aspects and attributes of yourself, your company & customer, so there is no one gold formula for success, it’s all about customization and adaptation. Business is like a multi-faceted RPG dice and all sides are equally important. I evaluate myself as a professional capable of taking into account all sides of this in order to find feasible and lucrative models which satisfy all parties' needs. As a child of a military family, I've lived abroad and had to change cities and schools frequently. As a professional, I've worked in different cities as well as different sectors. In short, I'm easygoing & adaptable. I pride myself on working with no less than 125% performance at every single thing I do, either personal or professional.
