Programmer, Producer & Development Manager (March 2016 - July 2020)Leading on the artistic vision and development of the organisation, I was responsible for curating the programme of studio scale touring work, co-producing and commissioning new projects, managing a talent development programme for artists/companies and developing regional, national and international networks; alongside fundraising through trusts and foundations, businesses and individuals, to make all of this happen. Development Officer (April 2014 – February 2016)Leading on Square Chapel's 'Cornerstone campaign' (a public campaign to raise funds for the £6.6m capital development of Square Chapel, due for completion in Spring 2017). I took part in weekly training sessions and gained professional experience working on numerous projects within the theatre as well as associated projects with the Manchester Children’s Book Festival, the Royal Exchange Young Company and WonderWomen Festival.
