The Estates SODIC New Zayed 1- Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team.2- Prepare the weekly and monthly Progress reports for the project manager to allow him take the right decisions.3- Prepare Monthly client invoice for buildings.4- Prepare the Sub-Contractors Performance analysis report.5- Monitor the Subcontractor's Schedules.6- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress.7- Prepare EOT Claims.8- Supporting and Liaising with all Functions concerning cost control,PO and invoice approval to maintain the current Estimate at Completion (EAC).9- Prepare procurement and engineering progress plan to make sure that available on time without affecting the project.10- Issuing cost reports for current up-to-date status and future forecasts, showing anyvariances and cost overruns.
