• Provide technical report after each mechanical work especially during the major equipment activities.• Ensure that all standard procedures are strictly followed and implemented to ensure good workmanship and quality of work.• Communicate with the respective Engineers & Section head for briefing and debriefing of related activities.• Establishes good relationship with his co-workers for the best result of his job.• Valves – manual valves, control valves,• Perform testing of different equipment's and conduct test run of overhauled equipment's by temperature, leaks, and any abnormal sound monitoring.• Perform precision machine alignment.• Conduct inspection/monitoring of Boiler , Condensate Extraction Pump, Main Condenser, Vacuum Pump, Booster Pump, Pump and different filtering equipments.• Handing preventive and corrective maintenance ( Centrifugal pump ). • Overhauling of equipment like , and control valves. • Handling mechanical seal failure with different fluids. • Air Blower smoothing blower ( repair the lance Tube ) .

• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.• Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
