Design Package Lead and Construction Phase Services Manager for brown field sites in Sydney and Illawarra region. Full time embedment within Transport for Tomorrow (TfNSW, Laing O’Rourke & KBR). Delivery role focused on developing concept designs through the detailed design process for approval to construct. A mixture of running inhouse and subcontracted design teams with a focus on safety in design, Operator engagement and constructability. Works include flood assessment of Valley lines, bridge upgrades, a new depot, Railway infrastructure and station upgrades and extensions. Responsibilities include:• Pre-Concept Site walk outs. asset condition assessments to inform design basis• Developing and presenting to Transport for Wales proposed capital works solution and pricing.• Point of contact for infrastructure proposal and coordination to client and partnership.

Possession planning and worksite improvement projects within a joint venture with Network Rail.
