Assigned as Sr. Inspection Engineer on AREA that contained Ethylene, U&O and CO2 Plants to handle most of the critical and chronic issues related to stationary equipment and piping system. Sr. Inspection Engineer is looking after the mechanical integrity and reliability of stationary equipment along with piping systems. I have an extraordinary understanding to construction and post construction codes such as ASME Sec II, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII div.1 &2, ASME sec IX, ASME B31.3, ASME PCC-1 &2, API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580, API 571, API 576 and API 577. Also, I am holding AWS-CWI certificate, API 510 certificate, and NDT level-II certificates. Review the engineering documents and ensure the quality assurance and quality control of static equipment and piping system during project engineering and construction stages. I have also experience to handle many of inspection engineer responsibility that I exposed through during past experience on many T/A and shutdown of Ethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Linear Alfa Olefin (LAO), CO2 plants.

Assigned to handle all the technical issues/activities related to inspection field in Ethylene Plant (attending operation & Maintenance Meetings, Handling inspection technical issues/problems, MOC’s Screening, Review SD Packages… etc.)

1- Assigned to handle all the technical issues/activities related to inspection field in EG-1 & EG-2 Plants (attending operation & Maintenance Meetings, Handling inspection technical issues/problems, MOC’s Screening, Review SD Packages… etc.) 2- Assigned to lead inspection team during EG-1 & EG-2 Shutdown on 2013 to do full Phases array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) scanning for EO reactors as per fitness for service requirement and do repair as per test results and acceptance criteria. Also to inspect all static equipment inspection as per RBI and ensure quality assurance/quality control of MOC’s projects.3- Appointed to lead inspection team during EG-1 & EG-2 T/A's on 2014 to assure EO reactor replacement QA/QC requirement. Also to inspect all static equipment inspection as per RBI and ensure quality assurance/quality control of MOC’s projects.4- Assigned as inspection engineer to accomplished engineering, design review, QC/QA documents & drawings review/approval, inspection and quality check during fabrication and installation stages for EO reactor replacement project.

I started my journey in SABIC (UNITED Company) on 18th of July and enrolled immediately in PDP program for 2 years. I have assigned as inspection engineer for Ethylene Glycol plant after I spent 1 years in PDP program.
