I am an initiative-driven and a global Product planning Manager with 17 years of success in infusing efficiency into the various automotive operations, from customer and service management to current product reliability and future products development. With my effective communication and interpersonal skills, I am proficient at developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I continuously strive to help the different platforms globally to build a more reliable product by emphasis on the previous lessons learned and the specific regional requirements.I am currently the Program Quality Manager for the different SUV C carlines coming from North America, Korea and China. I manage the quality performance of the current products in the market and work closely with the different platforms/plants to ensure any product issue is root caused and break pointed. I also work on the future products starting from 170 weeks prior to the start of regular production through the various stages of the Global Vehicle Development cycle. I also manage the Capture test fleet for my products to ensure that the early production cars are tested thoroughly in the region and any issues corrected before the start of regular production. I have also developed an expertise in Infotainment software testing and validation, in addition to translation of all screens and functions to Arabic. I was responsible for the Info 3.x launch in the MEO region and became a subject matter expert in this infotainment for the region handling all communications with engineering, suppliers and the whole eco-system.I started at the customer communication center by working closely with the fleet customers in the region assisting to drive solutions that will meet or exceed their expectations for all Aftersales issues.I also worked to ensure that all dealers in the region are ready to service new & current cars from all aspects including tires, lubricants, service catalogues, batteries ,etc
