I joined the Management team of SkillMode and I am in-charge of the day to day operation for internal operations as well as new contracts execution, a complete plan design to the clients to achieve the goals through Skillmode and directly with me that includes planning, training, consultancy and evaluation, my achievements included:➢ Leadership of the operations in Jordan, Iraq, GCC, and Egypt➢ Through my consultancy experience, diagnoses of the issues faced by clients isperformed.➢ Plans to achieve clients’ goals are created that could include training, revisit toJD’s, KPI’s, SOP’s, development plans for the management team, HR survey’sand so on.➢ As a trainer, I conduct trainings to client’s teams on different fields suchas Customer service, Hospitality, F&B, TOT, Soft skills, Team building, Leadership & Management, Mindmapping, HR, Operations management, Market studying, Marketing, Costcontrolling, reporting, and many more subjects.➢ Training includs prior and post analysis of the training skills needs/ lacks. Inaddition to analysis of skills obtained.

Moved back to Jordan, getting back on the F&B business and joining a restaurantscompany, my achievements included:- Developed a training plan for all employees.- Created SOP’s for Kitchen, F&B service and cleaners to follow and maintain.- Lead the opening of all the company's new F&B branches successfully.- Recruited many talented employees.- Trained all employees on the SOP’s and company’s standards.- Designed development plans for the teams and management inconsideration of cutting cost and increasing production.- Created & implemented all reporting systems.- Completely in-charge of P&L for the company.- Created, implemented & handled the complete procurement operations.- Handled all operations including staff recruitment.

During the 3 years at Movenpick, my achievements included:- Trainer of the F&B department.- Trainer for restaurant managers new team members.- Designated auditor by the F&B Manager to audit to the department.- Supervised the closing/ opening operations on the outlets daily.- Prepared P&L, budgeting & forecasting of the department.- Availability to assist guests when they need assistance/ solving complains.

Ajman- During my experience in Kempinski Ajman, I have obtained the departmentaltrainer position.Amman- I have been recommended by the management to assist in the opening ofKempinski Amman filling the same position. F&B supervisor / departmentaltrainer.

During the first 6 months I was with the F&B team as a waiter, then was developed tobecome a designated trainer for 3 outlets.
