In my role, I played an important role in overseeing the public relations efforts of the IEEE LIU Student Branch, maintaining consistent and direct communication with the representative from IEEE Lebanon Section.Additionally, I assumed the responsibility of reporting on the progress of the student branch, as well as managing aspects related to funding and operational matters. In the span of a year we accomplished the following:Hosted and organized various events on both national and international scales. Among the most notable events were:1. "Blockchain to Fight Hyperinflation"15. "Introduction to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)"16. "IEEE YESIST 12 Lebanon 2023"We successfully increased the total number of IEEE members from 25 to 87, achieving a retention rate exceeding 50%. This not only underscores the expanding reach of our IEEE branch but also emphasizes the growing significance of IEEE membership in the lives of both undergraduate and graduate students.Through the collaborative efforts of both the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 Boards, we won the second place in the Lebanon Exemplary Student Branch Award. We also proudly secured the prestigious IEEE Darrel Chong Student Activity Award for 2023 in the Gold category. This achievement was the result of a collaborative effort between the IEEE LIU Student Branch and IEEE LEB JC IE13 / PE31 / CAS04 / PEL35.

I was responsible for a huge part of IEEE LIU Student Branch public relations, where my main responsibility lies in contacting speakers from all around the world to speak about a certain topic.I was also responsible to make sure that the event goes as planned under certain criteria set by the board.In addition to that I was responsible for all student's memberships and provide membership's benefits.I planed, directed, coordinated, and oversaw operations activities ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations to meet certain expectations set by the board.In the span of a year we accomplished the following:We developed a brand identity, awareness and online reputation.We brought in speakers from many organizations around the world for example: Me3margi, Microsoft, Harvard university, Zero&One, AL Faisal University and many more.We managed to push for a decrease for student's IEEE membership from 13.5$ to only 5$With the Joint efforts of Board 2020-2021 and the Board of 2021-2022, we won Lebanon Exemplary Student Branch Award. An award that proves that IEEE LIU Student Branch was placed first in Lebanon in recognition for our efforts and accomplishments on a local and regional level for the year 2021.
