 Monitoring ZONG BTS sites through the Net Numen, Minos & ZXG-10 BSC clients. Managing BTS sites through Performance Management and Fault Management of BSC clients. Provide assistance Field Engineer for troubleshooting of Sites and support them by monitoring and informing alarm. Preparation of daily & weekly Cell Outage reports. To Monitor and Analyze Radio Network Statistics on daily basis.  To Coordinate with Optimization and Core Network teams to improve the Network KPI. Trouble Ticket Escalation. Troubleshooting of BTS and BSCs. Resolving Trouble Tickets regarding hardware or software alarms in the network. Working and Alarm monitoring on DG Wave Net NMS 53.2(DG Telecom).
