Under my leadership, British MMA. has grown into a beacon of excellence, teaching over 250 students weekly and consistently recognised for its positive impact on youth and adults alike. We don't just teach martial arts; we cultivate a way of life that emphasises kindness, health, and the courage to stand up against adversity.My academic background in Health and Exercise Science has provided me with a solid foundation to approach physical education innovatively, blending scientific principles with practical, life-changing training methodologies.
