I am a student at the University of Vermont, actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences. Complementing my academic pursuits, I have gained invaluable practical experience at Peak Neurofeedback in Winooski, Vermont, where I am expanding my passion for holistic medicine. Additionally, over the past year, I have served as a meditation facilitator, building upon my extensive year-long certification training in mindfulness techniques. This role has deepened my understanding of holistic wellness practices and their application in therapeutic settings.Furthermore, I continue to serve as a two-year captain of the UVM club field hockey team, a nationally ranked program under the National Field Hockey League. Through this leadership role, I have honed my organizational skills and strengthened my ability to motivate and coordinate team efforts.
