I oversaw their web presence and tech projects, managing the redesign of their three websites and overhauling their database managing their signature Veteran Mentoring Program. I also worked with partners to pilot professional development programs, such as the Veteran Immersion Program I managed alongside The Daily Show team to expand opportunities for vets interested in TV production.

Veteran Mentoring Program, I created professional mentorships by hand-selecting dedicated mentors for each transitioning veteran to help them build their next careers. Assisting veterans and mentors from the first stages of their applications through the completion of their mentorships, I worked to strengthen relationships and troubleshoot problems to ensure that the program was valuable for as many veterans as possible.
