This will include managing current B2B customer sales and developing new customer sales. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: To achieve the agreed sales targets and objectives from the target portfolio of accounts, To ensure new and current sales leads are actively followed up with a high level of service through to product delivery and after-sale service. To work closely with the relevant HO teams and personnel to ensure effective communication, project visibility and due priority is given to each customer activity/sale. To lead regular customer/prospect contact and visits with a weekly journey and activity plan. To update the Directors and other senior managers with customer activities, development and results.To maintain good customer records, prospecting data, customer intelligence and relevant competitor activities. To explore new methods of engaging with new and existing B2B clients e.g. Web Portals, Trade events, seminars, database tools etc. Show less
