-Received up to 50% less noise complaint calls in the past 5 months by phoning the vociferous residents as per building regulations to remind them to respect the building's Quiet Hours Policy. -Patrolled the establishment to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure all doors, windows, and gates were secured and no trespassers are permitted anywhere near the building or any of the residents.-Prior to training 20 co-workers by demonstrating and explaining the duties involving this job such as making sure visitors sign in, helping residents with any issues and only 7% was qualified from training.
