• Review the program and Confirm with the WSL that WO scope in the program instructions is clear and well understood by WSL / NWSL. If any finding been captured and need for improvement then report to the DT and copy SUPT. • Participate with our daily mgmt. meeting and provide the suggestions and recommendation with regarding the HSE / operation issues.• Review and discuss with WSL ROO standards for each relative job.• Keep in touch with the WSL and discuss the daily work instruction which should be sent to the RM and DT by WSL as a daily basis. • Participate with daily mgmt. meeting on the rig site.• Keep in touch with the WSL especially with our recent people and coaching them to follow the HSE system for ROO and contractor i.e. (SV , IIN, SC , SWA , PTW, drills …etc) • Cover the position of the WSL or NWSL if we have shortage cross the rigs after confirm with SUPT.• Responsible for checking data and reports quality before submitting daily reports by the WSL.• Participate with ROO HSE system on the rig site and highlight the finding to the WSL and Rig key persons then reported to DT, SUPT.• Reviewing the PTW , JSA , RA and Participate with TBT if the well operation is complex and included a combination team with the 3rd party .• Identifies high risk situations, document them, and adopt preventive measures.• The priority to Stay in the rigs which has recent WSL , in the other side we encourage the move to any rig that has complex job after confirm with TL and SUPT for further evaluation.I had supervised the ops on Daqing rigs(DQ76, DQ77, DQ78, and DQ80), hilong rig HL99 and great wall rigs( GW75316 & GW75317).

Lead with strong commitment to HSE.•Applying workover programmes for water shutoff, ESP repair, ESP installations, well integrity repairs.•Well history reviews.•Ensure all pre-job technical calculations are performed (kill fluid requirements, etc)•Work with Logistics, materials and Workover Team Leaders to ensure call-offs prepared for all equipment.•Ensure long lead items are identified and ordered for upcoming operations.•Delivery of End of Well Reports in a timely and professional format.•Capturing Lessons Learned from operations and application to future programs.•Prepare post-job workover reports and other technical reports as required.•Conduct engineering post-job reviews with workover rig and service companies to define engineering & performance improvements.•Offer recommendations for operational improvements plus any optimization opportunities.•Interact closely in an international culture abiding by written codes of conduct.•Participate in quarterly performance reviews.
