In this 24/7 business, I manage the team to ensure the performance and serviceability of collective sewer infrastructure CSI in the West Catchment of Qatar are maintained and functional as per expectations.performing analysis of information that includes fact-finding, organization of material, evaluation of data, and preparation of recommendations either orally or in writingestablish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, administrative officials, and the publicAlso, I am leading the Authority supporting team for processing all kinds of permits like permits to work PTW Also, I am supervising the network protection which controls the FOG / illegal dewatering into the network at the West of Qatar and issue reports about conditions and the functionality of the network enforcing the standards and regulations by educating the business and advising the contractors who disturbing the network on how to comply with Public work authority requirements.

Project Name : Flood prevention scheme O&M package 3 (SR-71)Construction of 13.5 Km of surface and ground water network including micro tunnelling with 165 SGW Manholes, 450 Gullies 7 km of gully connections. The purpose of the project to mitigate the flooding of surface water during rain events in urban areas and to reduce the level of water table (Ground Water). Main responsibility was managing the project baseline schedule to ensure the works are assigned and completed on time and within budget with quality standards quality. Laso, as project manager I was committed to:- Lead and supervise the project staff and subcontractors - Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel -Track project milestones and deliverables Leading the HSE team for carrying out Risk & Aspect Assessments- Provide reports regarding progress and completion of the works to the client.

The project scope covered construction of 13 Km liner meter of surface and ground water network including micro tunneling with 279 SGW Manholes and 828 Gullies 9 km liner meter of gullies connections. my responsibilities are summarized as followed: -Lead and supervise the project staff and subcontractors - Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel -Track project milestones and deliverables - leading as head of the HSE team for carrying out Risk & Aspect Assessments- Provide reports regarding progress and completion of the works to the client.

Project Name : Construction of Surface Drainage network -FPS 14 Construction Manager for construction of 24 Km liner meter of surface and ground water network including micro tunnelling with 440 SGW Manholes and 1093 Gullies 11 km liner meter of gullies connections.For both above mentioned projects my responsibilities are summarised as followed: -Lead and supervise the project staff and subcontractors - Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel -Track project milestones and deliverables - leading as head of the HSE team for carrying out Risk & Aspect Assessments- Provide reports regarding progress and completion of the works to the client.

Project Name : Reverse osmosis desalination plant and supporting infrastructure – 20,000 M³/ day Project was a design, construction, testing & commission of Brackish water reverse osmosis Plant (PWRO) with pre-treatment units and Zero liquid falling film evaporator. The purpose of the project was to desalinate the ground water for usage in district cooling pants and irrigation inside Qatar foundation facilities. In addition, reduction of rejected water with high salinity to zero by using filling film evaporators to produce salt to avoid environmental impact of rejected water.Prior to be awarded for the project I was active member of the tender and coordinator for design team between three involved disciplines: Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. In addition, I was the lead for collaboration with vendors regarding technical proposal for required equipment for plant components according to process design. After being awarded my involvement has changed to:- Supervising the site preparation to start structural works such as Topographical survey Geotechnical and Soil Investigation. - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibility.- Involved to get project resources to meet project needs.

Project Name: Temporary Package Treatment Plant (PTP) – 10,000 M³/ day - 2 Plants in different locations EPC contract, operation and maintenance for 5 years with PWA Project Affair division.Project was a design, construction and testing & commission of 2 package treatment plants with extended aeration technology with capacity of 10000 CMD.Project comprised construction of de-watering plant to recycle sludge to produced sludge cake for industrial use and to eliminate the discharge of sewage in Karana lagoon and covering the suburbs which were not connected to FS network. as Deputy project manager I was committed to:- Review all materials submittals before submission to consultant to ensure that its prepared based on Approved deign.- Follow up procurement processes and attending the FAT test for required items.- Manging the Execution teams (Civil, Mech, Elec. And ISA) and monitoring how they are performing the work on site as per approved shop drawings- Delivering progress report about achieved target in weekly bases and prepare look ahead schedule to the site team based on project base line.- Leading Quality team for delivering all materials to the consultant and get materials acceptance also to conduct all work inspections with the consultant for completed work to get partial handing over- Leading operation team during testing and commissioning of the plats and witnessing the final handing over t the client

Project Name : Intermediate Treatment Plant -3500 m3/day at ElshahnyiaProject it was a Design, construction and testing & commission for upgrade and extension project for existing package treatment plant with extended aeration technology and capacity it was 3500 CMD.Plant it was having only secondary treatment without screening and filtration and fully automated dosing system. We upgrade the inlet work by increasing the capacity 66%, Adding mechanical screen unit, adding new stream consist of one aeration tank and clarifier tank Adding Sand filters with pneumatic air system, Add also fully automated dosing system.- Follow up procurement processes and attending the FAT test for required items Review all shop drawings before handing over to site team to use for execution works- Control site teams and monitoring how they are performing the work as per approved shop drawings.- Delivering progress report about achieved target in weekly bases and prepare look ahead schedule to the site team based on project base line.- Leading Quality team for delivering all materials to the consultant and get materials acceptance also to conduct all work inspections with the consultant for completed work to get partial handing over- Leading operation team during testing and commissioning of the plats and witnessing the final handing over to the client

Project Name: ABU QIR Thermal Power Plant 650MW x 2My responsibilities on the project involved; to co-ordinate the preparation of MEP drawings and general arrangement layouts, performing site selection, material specification, supervision of piping installation according to P& ID, isometric and pipe plans, supervision of pipe installation according to ASME.I also, was in charge of managing the mechanical execution team for; -Material control for pipe materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, HDPE, ductile, cast iron, copper, PVC, UPVC.- Revising shop drawings and reporting variations,- Planning erection activities at site and manpower break down, and I was directly reporting to the Project Manager.

Project Name: Nile Sugar Factory Project As Technical Engineer I was committed to:- Review all materials submittals before submission to consultant to ensure that its prepared based on Approved design.- Materials control for all deliveries and verifying it based on approved materials submittals.- Participating in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports. - Participating in preparation of invoice supporting documents to the client.

Project Name: Nile Sugar Factory Project As Site engineer, I was committed to:- Supervising the installation of all embedded parts for all projects equipment and steel structures with coordination between civil team and structural designer - Supervising the installation of steel structure and all equipment for main process building like extraction tower, carbonation tanks, filling film evaporators, condensate tanks, centrifugal, vacuum bans, sugar dryer ,sugar cyclones, pumps, plate heat exchangers and screw conveyors

Project Name : Military Slaughter Factory Project Supervising all equipment from slaughtering line, water treatment station, boiler systems and recycling stations for waste are maintained and working well. Poultry factory included refrigeration plant with capacity of 250 ton for keeping 30 ton of stock and I was involved in O&M of this plant.The slaughter factory got extended later, and my responsibly as implementation Engineer was to supervise the erection of steel structures for three building, installation of equipment such as refrigeration plant, fire tube boiler, slaughtering line devices.
