  Responsible for Material Lab and Paint Lab. Conducting audits of the labs according to ISO 17025 and IATF 16949, meeting the requirements of standards, leading to the Material Lab and Paint Lab Team Responsible for mass production controls / tests and developing proper control systems and tests for the quality system. Analyzing the test equipment capacity needs, figuring out the investment needs according to company, OEM customer and system requirements. Responsible for incoming quality controls, analyzing the performance of the suppliers and reporting the results to the suppliers.  Conducting the Supplier Audits according to Supplier Management System, having an active role validation and decision process for new material or new supplier. Participating to APQP and PPAP team, having an active role in new project / material approval phase, supporting the Production-Method-Engineering department by analyzing, deciding and defining actions. Conducting Internal Audits according to VDA 6.3 Process Audits and VDA 6.1 System Audits, VDA 6.5 Product Audits, D/TLD Audits Preparing 8D reports especially for material or paint based customer complains. Leading to Lean Six Sigma Projects or supporting the other projects Managing a team of 16 blue collar and 1 white collar

Conducting audits of the labs according to ISO 17025 and ISO 16949, meeting the requirements of standards, leading to the Material Lab and Paint Lab Team Responsible for mass production controls / tests. Preparing all the tests reports directly for OEM customers (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Peugeot, BMW, Magna Steyr).  Making standardization and prepare the labs and lab team for OEM Customers Audits and 16949 Audits. Responsible for incoming quality control. Increasing the efficiency and motivation of the operators. Having active role in work development teams. Making the calibration and verification.

 Making the metallurgical and paint tests in serial conditions and new projects according to 16949 quality system and also control plans.  Preparing all these tests reports directly for OEM customers (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Peugeot, BMW, Magna Steyr). Making standardization and prepare the labs and lab team for OEM Customers Audits and 16949 Audits. Responsible for incoming quality control. Increasing the efficiency and motivation of the operators. Having active role in work development teams. Making the calibration and verification.
