1. Working as a structural Design Engineer on high-value and complex projects including RCC high rise buildings.2. Working on Structural Analysis software like ETABS and preparation of In-House excel sheets for iterative manual calculations.3. Meeting clients and architects to understand their requirements and scope of work.Preparing the structural framing plan and estimating the tentative member sizes with initial preliminary design while working within deadlines.4. Modelling the structure on Analysis software like ETABS/STAAD and performing relevant analysis as per engineering requirement. 5. Designing various structural members from ETABS results with focus on performance, safety, and economy to furnish the optimum design. Preparing column layout, column reinforcement schedule, beam schedule, longitudinal or cross section with reinforcement detailing, foundation design and detailing (isolated, combined, raft, pile cap, pile plus raft), flat slab design and detailing. 6. Ability to manual check design results and verification of software results with them.7. Conduct training of On-Job Design trainees on software and conceptual skills.8. Directly involved in design of a myriad of High-Value projects including structures up to G+24 Residential building as well as Commercial buildings with challenging demands, all types of Foundation systems viz, Isolated, Combined, Eccentric, Raft and Pile Cap.2. Part of the team responsible for Analysis, Design of High Rise Residential buildings up to G+34.3. Working knowledge of Indian Standard codes as well as International Standards such as UBC 97, ASCE 7, ACI 318, CEB-FIP Model Code 2010, etc. 4. Handled complete design process right from Centre-lines to finally furnishing GFC drawings.5. Working knowledge of advanced concepts such as Auto Sequence Construction Analysis, Creep and Shrinkage Analysis, Non-Linear Static such as Pushover Analysis, Dynamic Wind or Gust Analysis.

Responsible for Training & Upskilling Civil Engineering undergraduate students in Building Design.Imparting conceptual knowledge, technical skills including software skills using STAAD Pro as a tool in the field of structural design.Conducted workshops on real world design problems using manual calculations as well as software application.Structural design of Low Rise buildings up to G+5 and their detailed site drawings for the clients.Prepared a comprehensive course on Structural Design and Detailing for the student trainees.
