Managed the implementation of key data solutions based on data extraction and manipulation of the core mining systems using tools like SQL, Python and Bash. Guided by the Scrum Methodology, I developed sound business cases, analysed and forecasted copper production parameters in automated reports which include key visualizations. As a result, reworks were reduced, on average, by 25%, allowing us to enhance the customer perspective on the service

Managed over 30 contractors, verifying the achievement of their KPIs on time and frequency and consolidating their data using Excel Macros and Python. Also, I deployed a tool which connects SAP FICO, Excel and R to enhance invoice payments, allowing proper payment schedules and PO follow-up. As a result, we proposed sound cost savings initiatives and implemented cost controls to reduce over-budgeting in those PO.

I evaluate, both technical and financially, potential customers in order to identify their needs and establish a commercial strategy. I make reports to the CEO regarding the objectives accomplished and provide advice in the decision-making process.

As a part of Ausamco team, I collaborate with Australian and South American businesses providing “decision making” information and supporting them through the market entry process.

Technical Assistance to clients such as Milpo Group (like Atacocha and Cerro Lindo Mine), Hochschild Mining (Inmaculada and Pallancata Mine), Transfigura Group (Catalina Huanca Mine) among others, in developing the most accurate solution in rock fragmentation and analyzing some productivity improvements which permit a relevant cost reduction.

Active participation in the supervision of long hole mining areas, leading a twenty people team. We attain the implementation of many improvements opportunities identified throughout the productive process. Thus, we reach the gradual reduction of 15% of the explosive consumption.
