• Develops market awareness and relationships with potential suppliers, vendors and/or services providers.• Monitors and carries out preventive maintenance and repairs of company vehicles.• Negotiate for prices offered by vendors and subcontractors for raw materials and service provided• Receives Material Request (MR), prepare and send Request for Quotation (RFQ), Comparison, negotiations and bargaining.• Recommendation and suggestion for selection.• Prepares Purchase Orders (PO),and follows-up until verification and approval by Project Manager and Chairman Executive Officer • Closing of Purchase Order upon completion.• Reports such as vendor evaluation, list of purchase requisition and purchase order.• Monitors and update company assets and tools.• Track the expenses incurred on running the organization and prepare report• Perform inventory controls• Performs other tasks as mandated by the Immediate Superior.
