• Directing RnD team to develop new intelligent transportation solutions (ITS) solutions in both hardware and software area. Design, develop ultra low power road ITS devices' (Traffic Counters, Travel Time Measurement Systems, Connected Traffic Signs) hardware, develop firmware (C/C++) and software (C++/C#), prototype, PCB Design, test and mass production assembly to measure parameters and statistics and communicate to central server databases (SQL Server, MySQL) through GSM, Wi-Fi and Ethernet networks. Design server software to gather, process, visualize road traffic data (Dot Net, PHP), and provide processed data for third parties through API and web-services.• Developing of Edge Smart AI Cameras for detection, tracking and video processing (Jetson platform) using CUDA hardware accelerator by using Deepstream SDK and developing customized gstreamer plugins (C++).

• Connecting offline traffic devices to internet to gather continues data through Internet.• Automating city water supply cycle process by connecting well pumps and water reservoirs to a central server software to manage and report.• Establishing custom VPN on GPRS network to provide two-way communication between server and traffic counter cameras.• Connecting fishing boat border buoys through satellite communication (Inmarsat D).• Installation ITS projects such as vehicle traffic counting, weigh in motion, video surveillance, ALPR (Automated License Plate Recognition) and speed enforcement systems.• Lighting and control system design of road tunnels.
