Highlights:Led a team to migrate 100% of the company’s users from AirWatch to Intune, and from network shares to OneDrive to create a simplified tool and easy access to corporate resources.Enabled SSO with Azure Active Directory for all SaaS applications.Collaborated with teams across the organization to migrate the company’s email security system from Barracuda to Mimecast. This switch to a more modern and robust email system was critical to the company’s bottom line and to thousands of potential fraudulent risks.Created a complete disaster recovery plan during 2020 in 90 days (Azure Site Recovery). This plan allowed for the system to fail to the cloud in case data center disruption occurred.Led the company’s data center refresh and transformed it from a traditional 3-tier architecture to a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). Resulted in a smaller footprint in the data center and an easier to manage infrastructure.Implemented KnowBe4 platform and managed monthly trainings and phishing tests for all company’s users. Trainings resulted in continuous below average phishing test scores and improved security posture by 25%.Collaborated with a team across multiple business units to integrate CRM, ERP and DMS. Completed over a course of 2-years. Once complete, a healthy pipeline for the company’s sales team was implemented.Implemented DocuWare, a Document Management System. Reclaimed thousands of square feet of storage space and employees benefit with daily time savings for document lookup. Reduced paper and printing costs significantly across the organization. Led the company’s migration to VOIP; Transferred to VOIP/Cloud PBX from on premise PBX for 5 locations. Resulted in advanced reporting feature for sales calls, streamlined admin portal and removed physical phone systems.Collaborated with a team to migrate from Novell (NDS) to Active Directory (AD) and Groupwise to Exchange.Migrated the organization from on premise Exchange to Office 365.
